I’ve been married to my wonderful wife Tiffany for over ten years and we have three amazing kids. We were licensed foster parents for a few years and still pray for those little ones too. Tiffany has a godly heritage and has known the Lord since she was a child. She has walked with Jesus and grown in the knowledge of Him ever since, by His grace.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida to great parents, it wasn’t until high school that I really started giving in to sinful habits and lifestyles, pushing boundaries that could have resulted in some serious consequences. There was a void in my heart that no one really saw, and that I tried desperately to fill, but to no avail. Through a series of God ordained circumstances, I ended up visiting Calvary Chapel Miami in 2008 and attending on a semi regular basis in 2009. It was there, in June of 2009, that I finally surrendered to Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I remember praying that I wanted all that God had for me, little did I know what that would entail. One of my life verses is: And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. - 2 Corinthians 12:9
The Lord gave me a desire to serve Him right away and after volunteering in various capacities I was invited to be on staff part time at Calvary Chapel Miami in December of 2010. I started serving in pastoral roles and ministry in 2013 and then eventually ordained.
In early 2025 the Lord called me to serve Him in a new way. I didn’t realize immediately but throughout that year it would become clear that there were people in the City of Miami that the Great Shepherd was calling into His flock and that I was to serve them. After lots of planning and prayer, God brought together a core team of like minded families, and Calvary Chapel Liberty started holding regular meetings in December of 2025. We look forward to all that God will do in and through His church.
May the Lamb that was slain receive the reward of His Suffering!
